In 1983 Hollywood mogul David Geffen pledged to open a public pathway from PCH to the beach in exchange for Coastal Commission permission to build his Cape Cod-style compound across several beachfront lots. The pathway remained blocked for two decades due to government inaction and then was tied up in court for three years as Geffen’s lawyers raised a series of legal arguments which were ultimately rejected.
On Thursday beachgoers were finally able to access the ocean in front of David Geffen’s Malibu estate. And now you can too! Here’s the address:
The David Geffen Estate
22114/22126 Pacific Coast Hwy.

Wow, I read, look and wonder where life shall lead us in this Country. I read recently about Trey Noran in Denver and his plan is so much better than the Presidents, and others that just pick out of a hat. The world needs love and God like never before. Think Folks the USA was founded in God We trust. Get Trey Noran on Orpah or Larry King he has a plan. I heard that Mr Geffen is a part of this great plan? Can you tell me more?
As a 75 year old cancer patient under the care of the eminent oncologist, Dr. Robert Leibowitz in Century Park East,Beverly Hills, I understand that David and David Martinez of Mexico are into expensive art. We’ll, my Mexican wife’s art isn’t too expensive now but likely will be a few decades into the future. However, cancer care is expensive, very expensive indeed and perhaps the David’s might peek at her website. We could use more sales for cancer care. She graduated from UTEP with a BFA (honors) after coming to the USA from Chihuahua, Mexico some twenty five years ago.
Anyway, her art is sometimes beautiful and spell-bounding and sometimes too emotional for words. She is an emerging artist with many awards and acclaim over the past five years. That’s right, she took up art while in her forties and her Gestalt has improved every month as has her painterly quality. She experiements with live models (photography) and her light, half tones and shading are more accurate with every new work.To be sure, just visit l.b.mckay artist by using Google or check out the website.
