H&M is way overrated. I dunno, maybe it’s good for hoochie 20-something women, but the men’s selection basically sucks techno ass. Though maybe people you meet might ask you if you’re wearing your sister’s sheer blouse that is falling apart if you’re a guy wearing H&M. Well, that and whatever last year’s latest outdated cool thing was, like neo-vintage parkas with faux fur on the hood. Bleh. Cheap and nasty, but with that important pretention. And not really even that cheap. I can get way superior clothing on sale at many places that matches the H&M pricing.

San H&M Francisco had me laughing my @ss off cause it’s mostly tourists going to the H&M store near union square and they can be forgiven since they’re having their San Francisco/Disneyland experience and want their mouse ears for San Francisco.

H&M doesn’t pay much and has no guarantees about your hours. I would not recommend this company for employment, unless you are desperate and can’t find a job that gives you 20+ hours. 5 hours a week after week – at H&M is not unusual.

first its just zara- not zara’s. its a little more expensive than hm but last hella longer. plus everytime i walk into hm people are stepping on clothes b/c it is so messy. plus zara already has 4 locations in la!!

When you could only get H&M in NY it was cool. Because you could wear it out here, and people would be like, “where did you get that?” Now, everyone will have access to the same cheap clothes. And now every single douchbag out there will be wearing the same shirt you are, because it was only 14.99 at H&M

Zara is like the best store ever

H + M is basically like an IKEA for clothes

zara on the other hand is like total european chic with an edge

there is one on third street and they’re opening one at the westfield in century city
