As the Little Tokyo Services Center stacks chairs and Lee Kum Kee wonders just how many gallons of soy sauce were used as savory flavorant in the tofu eating contest, Losanjealous raises a collective glass to the soyset and biddeth goodnight to another Los Angeles Tofu Festival. And, more importantly, a goodnight to the collective post-fest hangover/soyover. A few scattered photos from our house to yours. Enjoy.

Finally, word on the street has it that the the winner of Sunday’s ‘Lee Kum Kee Tofu Eating Contest’ (and the $4000 trip to Asia) came in at 25 seconds in the final round and is none other than Jooshin Kim, the executive chef of Koi Restaurant. Leave it to a cook.
