Louise Brooks Film Tribute at LACMA

A Centenary Tribute to Louise Brooks begins today LACMA. Even if you haven’t seen her films, chances are you recognize that iconic visage over on the left. If for some reason you aren’t familiar with image, you no doubt knew some goth girl in high school that copped her style. See the real deal with this run of four of her classic silent films, Pandora’s Box, A Girl In Every Port, Diary of a Lost Girl and Miss Europe.
The films will be presented with live musical accompaniment, so these are sure to be are special screenings.
