the grove did something about this problem. in order to leave more parking spaces for customer, employees have to park on the 8th floor. Employee have to pay 65 dollars every month for parking. Then during the holiday weekend, employees have to park off site, which is at the CBS lot, 2 blocks away from the grove, even on rainy days. Normally if we want to park in the structure, employees have to pay 7 dollars a day. but during the holiday weekends, we have to pay 7 dollars a day to park at CBS lot, or 14 dollars a day to park at the parking structure. The way they treat employees are ridiculous. We were pushed around, can’t do anything about it. In order to solve their parking problem, they did not provide more parking space. Instead, they force employees to park off-site and walk to work. We pay for our parking too, don’t we deserve to be treated the equally?
