He also played in various Broadway shows and for a while worked in Germany, starring in in a rock version of Bizet’s "Carmen" and later even opened his own club there. The Pieces of dream album was recorded after he moved back to the US. I think he only did this one album with Pieces of a dream and went back to musicals after that. Norwood recently recorded and released a second solo album called "Just Norwood" that I think is his best work yet.
