¡Sí, Se Puede!
4/7/07: The cauldron continues to simmer in downtown Los Angeles, if you haven’t tuned in recently. I was scrutinizing ugly buildings for Curbed LA (I’m a freelance judge; it keeps me busy nights and weekends) when I suddenly found myself in a river of red courtesy ANSWER Coalition, Latino Movement USA and an assortment of other organizations. There was a flurry of messages to take in, but the number of messages paled in comparison to the number of baconwrapped vendors in full effect. Never before have I seen such a collection in such a centralized location. Side note: There’s a pretty lively immigration discussion taking place at bLA right now if you’re the debating type.
