Griffith Park is on fire! Flickr springs into action! Here is some initial coverage of the initial coverage.
iamrob‘s photos have great composition. A few of his shots could be Sandow Birk Inferno backdrops.

kevin keefer was all over the fire with tons of photos. And pretty close to the action by the looks of it. But more importantly, is that big mesh satellite dish yours? Those still work?

I dig the framing of this shot by elinafilm . Palm trees lining a path to a fiery hell.
Heather on the go! is really too far away to have bothered. But “A” for effort.
da100fotos is one of the only ones to get right in on the hot yellow of the flames. Hope you didn’t get singed. Are you OK, man?
PortugePunk for some reason posted his photos from the Capitol tower in B&W. Makes it look like the fire was 100 years ago.
Finally, I love that jeneypher was moved to photograph her TV screen.
I like elinafilm and da100fotos meself. Also like PortugePunk.
I photographed my TV as well. My camera can’t zoom for shit despite having a clear view of the entire mountain range and being on a hill. KCAL 9 has it on lock down.
Not everyone can photograph screens :( I found that out the hard way when I tried to get a shot of Arcade Fire @ Coachella.
This didn’t touch the Greek Theater did it? All concerts continue on as planned?
C’mon, why aren’t you linking to any of these people’s pages? Instead you’re just making jpgs out of their profiles? That’s weird.
