Twenty years ago, the people of Los Angeles helped launch Cirque du Soleil worldwide. Enchanted Tiki & Luau Weekend

Amanda Palmer & Henry Rollins @ Hammer Museum
Amanda Palmer is the singer/songwriter/pianist for The Dresden Dolls, a Boston keyboard/drum duo famous around the globe for straddling the line between Weimar Cabaret and Punk. Originally known as the vocalist for legendary band Black Flag, Henry Rollins has become a modern day Renaissance man touring the world performing with his own Rollins Band, as an engaging public speaker, and on behalf of the USO.

The oldest continuous film festival in Los Angeles, Outfest 2007, features 235 films and videos from 26 countries in 9 different venues over 12 days.
