SUPER CHEAP:

Grand Central Market, downtown, one hour before closing.

They plate up whatever’s left and unload it for steep discounts.

At the “Hawaiian Barbecue” stand, you can get a huge hunk of grilled salmon, white rice, and a couple jumbo broccoli stalks for $2. Only during the last hour or so, 5-6 pm.
