Special K is not really 'health food'. A Dutch consumer's tv-programme just found out that Kellogg's puts REAL iron in Special K. No, not the iron salts, not the ions, but sheer metal molecules, like in saw dust from old bicycles.

Try it for yourselves: put a flake of Kellogg's Special K in a bowl of water, and use a *magnet* to move it around. You'll find that it works! No other iron-containing food can be manipulated in this way.

And no, pure metal (pure iron) is NOT good for your health. Or your teeth, for that matter.

Better stick to normal corn flakes, Chris! Kellogg's or not.

Thank you for this interview with Squire. He is my favorite bassist or any genre of music and I have enjoyed all of the last 40 years. My only regret is that he and Bill Bruford could not get along enough to play together until now.

Great stuff, very revealing. I would have had him pegged as more of a Special K raspberry man, but blueberry it is. Looking forward to Prog Hero for the Wii some point down the road.
