Kidding aside, having caught a bit of them at the park the other day, VW are playing with more muscle and fire than I would have guessed them capable of back in 2007. The new tunes are winning and tow the line between catchy and complex fairly impressively. And if anyone is hiking out to the desert show, hit up Water Canyon coffee on 29 before the one Starbucks.
