Admittedly, doesn’t look all that hot in this lousy phone cam photo–ordered to go and assembled at home, hence the sloppy presentation–but the Noodle Planet signature beef phở is one of my go-to rainy day comfort dishes. I’m sure the Foodies could have some quibbles about Noodle Planet’s authenticity or overall quality or whatever but it works just fine for me.

their pho broth is out of a can! the taco bell of pho! no bueno.
I suspected as much, TM. But then I have been known to have an occasional CrunchWrap Supreme at TB. Whose pho do you like on the Westside?
for the westside i like pho 99 on wilshire (by Q’s/cabo). thats authentic as it gets on the westside and if ur fienin for some and its super late (or way early) I would check out Pho Citi on westwood/sm blvd. it’s open 24 hrs.
Anyone been to Pho Show on Sepulveda south of Culver? I haven’t, but I love the name.
I have been to Pho Show. The broth (what makes the pho) is fragrant and intense. The late night hours are an added plus, as well as the authentic single-diner counter (although they do give you a chair.)
Although noodle planet remains my favorite westwood eatery and an ultimate comfort food spot.
