i’d like to see president Obama on stage with prince! just to see him dance!! i love watching the clip of him dancing on ellen! lol

would also love love love love to see Madonna on stage with prince! they could perform any song cos watching those two work a stage would blow my mind! maybe a fun little mash up like like a virgin vs darling nikki! lol

I’d like to see two different people join Prince. First off, Nic Offer, the lead singer of !!! (chk chk chk). That guy’s just a straight up party in himself. They regularly cover Prince in their sets, which he jokingly told the crowd at Coachella not to tell on them because Prince doesn’t take kindly to people covering his work.
Going along with that theme, the other person has to be Dave Grohl. With the Foos doing “Darling Nikki” and Prince returning the favor at the Super Bowl with “Best of You,” it’s time to men’s the fences and just jam together. Both of those men are born performers. A medley of each others hits back and forth would be rad.

Why not complete the whole rainbow? Here’s who would be the dream lineup to compliment The Purple One
    BLUE Oyster Cult
    P!NK and/or PINK Floyd
    RED Hot Chili Peppers
    ORANGE Monkey
    YELLOWcard
    GREEN Day

and a triple whammy with RAINBOW, Deep PURPLE guitarist Ritchie BLACKmore’s group as his backing band.

I would love to see Tom Jones come out on stage and cover “Kiss” with Prince. That would be one surrealistic music moment.

Would love to really mix it up and see Dolly Parton on stage joining Prince. How amazing would it be to see the two of them duet on “U Got The Look”? Or, I’d love to see a funked up version of Parton’s “Jolene”. That’s something you don’t see everyday.

I’ve always thought that Prince could do a flaw free, stunning cover of “Blasphemous Rumors” by Depeche Mode. Just think about it for a second…let it sink in…you know it would be mesmerizing…do not lie.

With that being said, if Martin L. Gore ever joined him on stage…that would be the ultimate special gust.

David Hasselhoff doing a mashup of his “hooked on a feeling” w/ “I’ve got a feeling”
or Stevie Wonder. I know Prince has come out on stage for some of Stevie’s shows in the past and performed “superstition” but I dont think they’ve done Prince songs. Heck I would love to hear songs from either artists.

I’d love to see a Titan-sized dueling guitar jam between Prince, Slash, Jack White, and the entire band that was upstaged by Prince at the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame Tribute to George Harrison.

Get Bootsy Collins, all of Parliament-Funkadelic out there! Add the Roots for an extended jam and the roof will be blown off of the Forum.

I know Stevie Wonder and Prince have worked together in the past, but what’s wrong with wishful thinking.

Roger’s been dead for a dozen years. May as well ask Rick James and Michael Jackson to show up.

I’d kill to see Vanity/Appolonia 6 and the Mary Jane Girls all reunite and join him… then get into a cat fight.

And finally Wendy & Lisa break it up.

I have one word: Bob Dylan.

    1. They’re both from Minnesota.
    2. That would just be awesome and surreal to see those living legends on stage together.
    3. They could do a medley called “Sign o’ the Times They Are a-Changin’.”
    4. It would never happen in a million years.

I would love to see the legendary Sung Kim get on stage with Prince and get his Roger Rabbit on followed by some good ol’ fashioned interpretive dance. =)

    • Posted by ...s 5/6/11 at 6:04 pm # Reply

Noone’s heard of him/her. That is definitely not a winning answer. Thanks for playing anyways, Oscar.

      • Posted by Oscar 5/6/11 at 7:16 pm #

Are you effin’ kidding?! If you’re down with the music scene in Los Angeles, YOU KNOW SUNG KIM. Simple as that. I would LOVE for Sung Kim to take the stage with Prince. It would be a treat for all.

Peggy Patterson and Prince. Has a nice ring to it. And I WILL dance if I get on stage with him. When Prince tells you to dance, you better DANCE!

I’ve never heard of Sung Kim, are you sure you aren’t Sung Kim’s manager?

I think that role belongs to Victor (from what I can tell!?)

I was told by GOD the end of 2010(he cancelled his Texas Appearance due to inclimate weather), that I would meet Prince, not told why or when, yet my walk and fellowship and relationship with GOD left me knowing It Will Happen.

I had to suffer my oldest sister and her husband tell me how it pained them to tell me they had tickets to Prince’s show on May 7, 2011 in Los Angeles…..yeah…I feel their pain.

I have always admired Prince and His Talent but not as much as last year when a dear friend gave me an ipod with almost 4,000 songs and videos and there were multiple Prince videos and all of his music.

I particularly sat in amazement of the anointing on the gifting GOD has given Prince, my favorite is Prince and Lenny Kravitz and LarryGraham together. Prince sang a song declaring Jesus and his love for JESUS. I am grateful….
