FYI, Egg-Less Benedict was a homemade bacon and parmesan gaugere with a filling of Boursin laced hollandaise sauce, prosciutto, garlic grilled asparagus tips, havarti, and italian herbed cream cheese. Cream Me Up Scotty, It’s So Money! was a homemade cranberry/butterscotch/chocolate chip gaugere, filled with a white chocolate cream cheese, tangerine zest, Cointreau, shredded coconut, and slivered toasted almonds, wrapped in a candied $5 bill. It won 3 awards. 2nd place Honey Pot, Frontiers In Fromage, and Spzz. I’m soooo glad you enjoyed them
