Two different ticket layaway plans begin this morning at 10:00 am at the above links. New for 2010: camp out right next to your car (not under). Feel free to blast your car radio all night. Also new for 2010: festival Ins and Outs so you can come and go from the festival and do that trudge to the parking lot as many times as you please throughout the day.
