I ran into Atreo at about 3am last night and caught him tagging on a sidewalk in mid-Wilshire. I asked him what’s up with these tags. He said if you bend down and put both your palms in the orange circle, you can create an antenna that will greatly expand the range of your cell phone. But he couldn’t explain how I could use my phone while both my palms were in the circle. He’s a fucking burnout…
