No, that’s not the world’s largest Crate & Barrel store that No Age is playing in front of, it’s the freakin’ Getty. The venerable art institution selected the local punk impressionists for the June installment of their Fridays Off the 405 series. It’s free, minus the parking, so if you’re not adverse to the traffic, or if you want to take a break from the traffic on your long commute, it’s definitely worth the trip. And not that we needed an excuse to catch No Age again but the last time we saw them at the LA Central Library, Randy was so sick he could hardly move. The duo are back, healthy and in the midst of a world tour for their second album Nouns.

Dig the jumprope.
Security broke that up right away. They had their hands full at Deacon.
I was going to ask how deacon was last night. Ended up going to versailles and eating self into comatose state.
