Killer deal (and graphic). Even though the final cost for one $5 ticket ends up being $14 ($5.50 ticket fee is actually more than the ticket, let’s put the argument to bed now, plus $3.50 venue fee not counting parking – I’m looking @ Elbow @ Wiltern, for those wondering which deal I’m pricing – and the ticket fee is per ticket, so the cost is $14 per whether you’re buying one or four) – end of day this still ends up being a pretty damn good deal. Plus, none of that maddening $2.50 “ticketfast print it now” cost involved (mayhap it’s built into the ticket fee), which is nice, let’s face it.

why not just list them as $10 tix and add $4 fee… this way i don’t feel so cheated in fees….

If you purchase tickets at the Palladium box office on Saturdays there are no service charges for the Palladium, Avalon, and The Wiltern. Don’t know if this applies to $5 tickets.
