Young Directors Night highlights the emerging talent of Los Angeles’s film community. A celebration of film and the art of cinema, the showcase features six short films screened in the unique setting of an art museum:

Overnight Stay/Übernachtung by Daniela Sherer
Sun Sessions by Eddie O’Keefe
Sweet Dreams by Kirsten Lepore
Lintscape by Caitlin Craggs
Moth in Spring by Yu Gu
Dance With Me by Devon Chivvis

$20 for Muse members ($30 general public).
Ticket to YDN includes entrance for the screenings and Q&A along with admission to the post-screening reception, featuring entertainment, dessert and an open bar. Schedule:

6:00pm – (LACMA) Wine by Kenwood and Hors douvers by Border Grill and Ciudad

7:30pm – Screenings (120 min. with 15 minute intermission)

9:30pm – Brief words from the filmmakers

10:30pm – (A+D Museum) Award presentation and reception. Dessert by Melissa’s, drinks by Kenwood wines, Makers mark, Fiji Water, Pernod, Krol Vodka and more
12:00am – ‘MIDNIGHT MOVIE EXPERIENCE’ A Burke Roberts retrospective.

The post-screening reception will take place across the street from LACMA at the A+D Museum.
