That one pic made me do a double take as well. But having seen the original, I can attest she is probably human or perhaps no more than 1/16th Centaur. That’s some kind of flesh colored skirt thing that creates the illusion of a crazy long torso.
Is that woman in the front row holding a camera over her head actually a Centaur? There’s a whole lot of weird going on below the shirt, no?
