Man, though, what was with those pants? Baggy leather–WTF?
I got tickets for San Diego via fan pre-sale, and it was one of the strangest ticketmaster interactions I have ever had. Logged in right at 10 and they said they were sold out, then kept trying going by the sections and finally at 10:15 scored pretty good floor seats.
I must admit it is nice to see that we finally have a Fender Jazzzmasters category tag.
Do we have a fretless bass category?
Also, in response to the last question: no, the Cure will never retire. What would be nice, though, is if Smith would finally take off the damn makeup. Dude’s pushing 50 and he sweats up a storm during shows. It looks bad, at least in the recent concert footage I’ve seen.
I did the Monday presale. Pulled up “super seats” but with all the charges it came to almost $90! A bit much to be that far away. So I passed.
Was that for 1 ticket or a pair? You’re better off seeing them at the Santa Barbara Bowl.
Or go and see them in San Diego. Right now if you don’t mind a side view you can get 2nd row from the floor side view tickets on Ticketmaster. $65 a ticket.
One ticket. I tried the Santa Barbara Bowl presale but it sold out right away. I lack the interest to make the drive up anyway.
