Be fair, douches run citywide. I spot a driver in the vehicle at the time of capture, but crosswalk blockage is never cool. If I’m not mistaken, that’s the crosswalk outside the post office at the venice windward circle. N’est pas? If so, it’s geographically adjacent to the next entry:
