So now we can speculate what venue/how many nights. Personally I’d like to see them mix it up from their usual pair of nights at the Bowl. Maybe 20 nights at the Wiltern instead.

Ed O’Brien is suppose to be on KROQ’s Kevin & Bean tomorrow so maybe the LA shows will be announced then?

  3. sherru : 1/10/08 at 5:32 pm

Yes, I second the 20 Nights at the Wiltern idea or perhaps they could pull a Morrissey at the Paladium for 20 nights as well. “Pull a Morrissey” looks like this BTW: http://www.morrisseydance.com/morrissey-crying.gif

    August! Greek Theater!

    can’t wait!

  5. shenny : 1/11/08 at 9:16 am

Not the Greek. Kevin & Bean just guessed that. It’s an outdoor venue they’ve played before. Probably Hollywood Bowl.

  6. Oscar : 1/11/08 at 10:46 am

Hey Shenny. Ed O’Brien was on Indie 103.1. He mentioned they’ll have a small U.S. Tour, then UK, then the summer shows. No exact venues mentioned. The question is, what will the small tour consist of?

  7. J : 1/11/08 at 11:20 am

even better if it’s the bowl… you can take your own booze

  8. shenny : 1/11/08 at 11:36 am

Gosh darnit, I dunno. What sorta threw me off was he said they might play (forgot what song) next week which I thought meant they were playing shows next week.

07/19/2008 Los Angeles, CA @ Dodgers Stadium

  10. sherru : 1/11/08 at 3:39 pm

Dodger Dogs AND Radiohead????? Such a thing cannot be possible!

  11. Oscar : 1/11/08 at 3:50 pm

Yo Anders, what’s your source? I hope it’s not a message board. The Dodgers Stadium booking office doesn’t know anything about the show. The Doggers are out of town though.

  12. Oscar : 1/11/08 at 4:08 pm

    Yup, you’re missing New York, Vancouver, & Santa Barbara. F A K E
