Came across these blurry snapshots slipped in a LP sleeve the other day. The much-missed Lush signing records upon the release of Spooky, at the much-missed Aron’s Records on Highland Avenue, 1992. Pre-Internet, pre-MP3, pre-digital cameras, pre-everything. With in a couple of days of finding these, heard both Jason Bentley and KEXP spin some Lush. Glad to see they’re still popping up now and then.
One more blurry shot below.

Wow, nice find. It’s Lush!
I do miss Aron’s and its confusing, unorganized, you-must-browse-by-design filing chaos. Now I go to Fingerprints for that sort of fix.
Being the fogey that I am I remember when Aron’s was on Melrose, just after the extinction of the dinosaurs.
i miss Lush, but i REALLY miss Aron’s Records… before i had a computer i must have spent at least three nights a week in there listening to music and crushing on Shannon Sossamon.
thanks for posting these, fantastic! Really brings me back to the time period.
Lush in LA! thanks for these.
