Ye Coach and Horses bar on Sunset Blvd. has lost its lease and, after 73 years in Hollywood, is facing eviction at the end of July by the property owner, the Samuel French Bookstore.
The bar owner and management are fighting the property owner, though it is not clear what recourse they may have. Eater LA has a few details about a rent increase and the old lady that owns it.

First (and only) time I went there was after the TV Land awards in 2003 while I was interning at a PR firm. I ate and drank my face off at the show and remember trying to sober up at the bar, didn’t work so well. And I remember Wild Horses was playing on the jukebox.
