Losanjealous Benevolent Society Events, April 3: Your Weekend To-Do List

losanjealous benevolent societyMysterious, sporadic, occasionally ludicrous – not unlike your eighth grade Wednesday hot lunch – the Losanjealous Benevolent Society compiles strange happenings and fun events in LA; the more bizarre, the better. If you’re organizing or know of an event you think belongs on the list, send the info to tips@losanjealous.com.

N/B: Hooray! Today’s edition hits the stands a day early thanks to the overabundance of foolish/interesting things taking place tonight.

Glen Wexler Fantastic Voyage opening @ Arclight

NASCAR Pull-N-Go Denny’s Sunset Strip Circuit
Get your cars ready. Gather at least four people. Go thee forth then to Denny’s on Sunset (7373, 6100, 5751 – you choose which Denny’s to begin the circuit). Enter the Denny’s, but subtly so. Everybody set? Race your cars down to the end of the dining counter – the “racetrack.” Who wins!? Bring a stopwatch. You must complete the full circuit of Sunset Denny’s (all three) within an hour to win the Tri-Denny’s Cup. Don’t forget your flasks and a miniscule checkered flag.

All-night party, Casino Morongo + Adjacent Bowling Alley
